-Health Permit:
- If you are handling food, we require a copy of your health permit.
-COI (Certificate of Insurance):
- Please provide a copy of your current Certificate of Insurance.
-Power Needs:
- If power is required and available at your booth, ensure you bring your own extension cords.
-Booth Space:
- Specify the size of the space you need for your booth setup.
-Tables:
- Inform us if you need 6-foot or 8-foot tables and the quantity of each. Tables will come with standard black linens, or if you will be bringing your own tables.
